About Lilystone Therapy and Wellness
I’m Brooke Jay, MSW, RSW, a registered social worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) providing trauma-informed therapy to adults in Ontario.
About Me and My Approach
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from McMaster University, a public university program with a competitive admissions process. With 15+ years working across hospitals, primary care, community health, and specialized mental health settings, I understand that people rarely arrive in therapy with just one problem. Trauma, anxiety, grief, caregiving, burnout, illness, and major life changes can become deeply intertwined, and sometimes the person who is always holding everything together is the one who needs somewhere to put it down.
At Lilystone Therapy and Wellness in Meaford, I offer warm, individualized therapy for adults navigating these experiences. My approach combines evidence-based therapies with an understanding of how stress affects the brain and nervous system, creating space for clients to feel understood, regain steadiness, and make meaningful change.
